I find it amusing to think that anyone would be convinced by that as well. We stand by our content, we stand by our service, and anyone who's ever dealt with us can vouch for it. I find it much more amusing than worrying, actually :) If this person has a legitimate problem, he/she can bring it to us and we will deal with it, period. I don't recall ever letting a customer go away unsatisfied, however.
