my IE is fucked!

when I click on a link and it tries to open in a new window, it just sits there, i gotta hit ESC and then F5 for it to reload, and windows update won't work, wtf can I fix tis shit?

delete your temporary ie files...or try a reboot. Sounds like an dll is stucked.
