    Do you ever take a day off?

    If so then how do you do it?

    I mean, do you go hiking and burn your smart phone in the campfire?

    I'm not trying to be a jerk; just asking.

    Asking for a friend.

          more like when there is slow work I convert my mind and spirit to 'day off' then focus my attention on the areas of my life not so associated with 'work' which in my case is content production. however I have recently found a way to use several hours a day as 'time off'

          many times perceived stress is just time related. I do what I can for work, then 'relax' while the work manifest or develops. I put in the spiritual effort so I can now turn my attention to other areas of my life. concern about the spiritual effort the I put in to manifest 'income' would just detract from the effort I put in to manifest the work... think about the can do until the can't do goes away.

          me personally I have a dog that demands my emotional support a few hours a day, get super moody and at 170 lb moody dog is a pain in the ass... and I'm growing to love the big dumb fuck, as well as the usual dog stuff... I study ancient history or social psychology and humanity, do cardio.. smoke weed... honestly I LOVE driving my car in my off time.

          when I was little kid all fucked up on acid on the rides Disneyland... wow... you know? now I have a really fast sleek car and I live in the hills and I medicate .... coming down the hill everyday just fucking rocks my world... the bob sled ride at Disney land in the 60's.... several times every day.... I'm in heaven. I am SUPER grateful.... maybe find the simple things in life. find some gratitude...?

          right now my spare time is spent getting utilities to my next location... gezzz a 6 months struggle...

                                              Hop on a plane, go somewhere warm in winter, I'm still connected to net but just maintain business not work it, done that for a month a year for the past 20, more than likely these days that destination is Thailand. But that's mainly because from Aus its a direct flight, I like to get on a plane and get off.. where I want to be.

                                                                      I don't like to take days off. There is too much work to be done. Money never sleeps.

                                                                      But then after a while of this mentality my girlfriend starts to get irritated that I just sit inside on my computer all day and complains that we never go out...she's not complaining when the bills are paid though!

                                                                                  I don't do anything business wise on the phone (I don't check stats, I don't read mails, I don't do forums or whatever via phone)

                                                                                  When I'm out of my home office - biz is out of the head, as simple as that. Same goes for trips and such, only emergency stuff.

                                                                                      Since normal schedules do not apply to me when I am not working I am simply not working and enjoying life (or doing the shit that needs to get done). But if I go a couple days without "working" I get antsy. There's always a zillion things that need doing.

                                                                                                                      I work when i want. Cause i like working that is no problem., i Always work too much.
                                                                                                                      Today i woke up at 11:00. Breakfast and coffee was still served in the hotel.
                                                                                                                      I read my email looked if the sites where up and did some work.
                                                                                                                      At 14:00 i walked around the beach, sat down with a friend for coffee and had some food.
                                                                                                                      Around 16:00 i had a 1,5 hour massage with happy ending for 15 usd.
                                                                                                                      Did some work for 2 hours and went to the night market to get some more asian food for 2,5 usd.
                                                                                                                      Went back to the hotel at 21:00 and did some work and read GFY.
                                                                                                                      That was a slow day, normaly i work longer. But maybe i just keep working till 1:00 or later.
                                                                                                                      I like working at night.

                                                                                                                      And i thought it was Monday, just found out it was Sunday.
