yes you need to apply for a new replacement card, I asked this more than once on the forum

I do have my old/new card, it smells like new, but that one won´t work

Paxum does not provide cards nor accounts for individual US citizens, only companies are allowed.

if the back of your cards says trucash it should work. Maybe the password to use is your Paxum pwd? wouldn't make much sense. Are your sure you are using the pwd you provided when you activated?

Paxum password, that was the one that needed to be used. Clearly, they made quite a strong system integration

Just received mine (Hungary).
It was delivered by DPD, not by regular post, and it was (re)sent from Romania. (?)
Nevertheless, just activated it, transferred some funds to it, it seems legit

Having a hard time getting it activated however.

There was a problem during card activation process. The card may be already active, otherwise please try again later."

Activated my card today, added funds to it, tried to use it at two different places tonight and got "card not valid".

The old paxum card worked fine at these places before so have asked Ruth if she knows what the issue is.
