I sent support question just few days a go. I received first reply the same day, and i replied few hours back and ticket was again replied the next day. It was not about the debit card, when will my card arrive or anything similar.

So it's most likely that debit card questions are ignored since it's out of their hands.

Me too second ticket i update for that 404 error, each time i get a reply the same day saying it was fixed.

I try it and it doesn't work, i won't be updating the ticket no more... Just will try in the morning, at lunch time, during the night until it works :)

May be the fact of lowering the amount you can load each day as an effect for some users but not for me. Its a real question of luck if it works in my case...

From Canada I think, no sign of Romania on the envelope. Postage stamp and address are from Canada. I'm not 100% sure.

Does anyone know what expiration date to enter when activating new card? We have expiration date on the card (MM/YY), but during activation process it also asks for day. Did you put random day + MM/YY which is on the card?

Please use the last day of the month and format yyyy-mm-dd

Nikki, excuse my curiosity and for the following questions (if you don't mind to share, of course) but I'm trying to understand what's going on with my paxum by comparing my experience with other paxum customers'.

Would you please be so gentle and kind to tell:

• on what date you applied for the card
• how long did it take to have the card printed and to have the status changed to shipping
• how long did it take to be shipped to your address

Hmm, maybe I'm wrong but I think there is something wrong with your calculations...

So the card request was automatically issued 4 months ago.

From what you say the card status changed around March 25th or so, meaning 3 moths ago.

As far as I know March 25th to June 25th means 90 days (3 months) not 40 days.

Assuming your experience as a standard one this means:

- Paxum takes one whole month to process a card request
- In my case they took 1 months, in line with others.

- Paxum says 10 days to print but actually takes a month to do
- In my case they took 2 months and counting...

- Paxum says 6 weeks to ship but actually takes 12 weeks or more
- In my case I don't even imagine how long it will take!

All this lends me to think that my card won't arrive soon and I'll have paid for a one year card to use it just for few months.

Card arrived June 22nd. 44 days after being sent from Canada directly.

This will be great news for a lot of people. First time they ship anything new since the first international batch 6 weeks ago!

This is great, now i am waiting to see them going back to $1k transfer from wallet to card per day.
