in a defensive situation you cannot hesitate, or that weapon could very likely be used against you. if there is _any_ doubt while not under the stress of such, than it would only be presumed worse when the situation arises.
you've got to be able to pull the trigger, or it's more of a danger to you than anyone else. you have to *know* this before hand.

how do you KNOW this?
have you ever shot anyone?
have you ever killed anyone?
i mean.. i dont know. i have never, fortunately, been put in the situation where i would have needed to do that.
but i know how i feel about killing.
thats why, i said i got the smaller guns. just to injur them so i could get away.
even my dad said that was dumb.
he said that for SURE the other guy isnt thinking the same way as i am. he most likely wants me dead.
and, if i can shoot someone.. what if i freak out, and they have no weapon?
and i will feel horrible forever.
and would i go to jail for killing an unarmed person who comes into my house?
all these questions! :)
