Which ad network have a decent popunders that are compliant with Google better ads standards?

Preferable with direct links and fixed cpm rates.

I know a few, but I think it's hard to say "who is the best". I think it's depended on your needs. What are you looking for: low prices, good quality, great volumes? Any specific GEO or vertical?

See webcamwhitelabels.com and make a cam whitelabel and pop that. That would work probably the best. But is it compliant?

I will say that:
if your traffici converting good to webcams / dating - promote webcams or dating
ignore ad networks no one will give you a better price than the sponsor directly.

after more than a year of direct promotion of dating I can say that it was a very good decision.
Now nobody would pay for my traffic as much as he gets from rev-share.
This can not even be compared: I was earning 220-350 per month with ad network popunder, now I have 1000-1300 per month for promoting dating and all from popunders.

Try some sponsors first and then test something different.

With confidence and certainty I would say CrakRev. Whether its PPL or CPA, they are #1 in the industry.

Never had an issue with them as far as payouts go, and they're slogan "The most efficient CPA network" is not bullshit. They are constantly coming up with new tools that actually make money.
