I'm launching a photo and video site that allows members to stream videos up to 1080p.

I'm researching different CDN providers and I'm curious what your experience is. Which are the best, fastest in your opinion?

Hola spark is an excellent choice... Though I didn't which because my provider(Highwinds) is very feature rich and fast. They both can handle high throughput so you don't have to worry about that. Btw mojohost is just a reseller of Highwinds. Other good options are ucdn and bunnycdn.

do you expect someone who sits with an atomic clock to answer and check the transfer of each file?
I suggest strongly head to the wall. all CDNs operate in access times that are not to be calculated by an ordinary user.
The Internet connection is more influential than the duration of the CDN.

I have to convince you that access time at the level of 47ms up to 57ms is noticeable for the user? amount of ram or processor memory here is more important than the difference in transmission by 10ms !!!

Everything else about MojoHost is super fast, so I would expect their CDN to be nothing short of spectacular.
