Kim Jong Un stops Nuclear tests

Finaly something good could be in the making:

Seoul, South Korea (CNN)North Korea says its quest for nuclear weapons is "complete" and it "no longer needs" to test its weapons capability, a significant development ahead of diplomatic engagement with both South Korea and the United States.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said Saturday that "under the proven condition of complete nuclear weapons, we no longer need any nuclear tests, mid-range and intercontinental ballistic rocket tests, and that the nuclear test site in northern area has also completed its mission," as quoted by the state-run KCNA news agency.

The announcement appears to signify a remarkable change in policy for Kim, following a relentless pursuit of nuclear and ballistic weapons as a means to ensure his regime's survival.

I guess the freedom to test nuclear weapons is once again exclusively a white privilege. Thanks, Trump, thanks a lot!!!!!

So far Trump has got more out of NK than any previous President. They were allowed to build up their capabilities under the two Bush's, Clinton, Obama, etc.

Will Trump get more when they meet?

While it's good NK is finally coming to the table, NK has done what it set out to do. They have developed nuclear weapons that can reach the US. That was their stated goal, so now they don't need to test anymore..

This really isn't much of a victory on droppi g them from getting nukes.. They have them. Now NK will play nice so they can fix their econemy but they won't give up their nukes... win win for NK IMO..

Why continue to test when you already have the capabilities?

All Kim is saying is "ok, we know we can hit you with one if needed, so we have no need to continue testing"

No changes, he´s done his testing

Trump pushed North Koreas missile, nuclear, biological and chemical production to increase like never before, whatever weapons they had pre Trump they now have 10x more directly because of his threats.

Moon was elected to the south based on two main things, clamp down on corruption and make peace with the North. For that treaty to be valid the USA has to sign it was well.

If you stop reading western news for a second and read what Kim is saying at home..

                      http://www.pyongyangtimes.com.kp/

Basically he's happy to stop developing more nukes because they already have enough and he now want's to put the same initiative into other areas.

I expect North and South to sign a peace treaty! and Trump will be there for the Photo op and they will agree to start disposing of Nuke Bombs in return for Sanctions being lifted.

So they go from having 10x what they had when Trump started to just 5x what they had.

Some will call that winning.. Trump supporters no doubt.

Peace treaty is really the key especially if we can get the south and the north trading more, better they become more economically dependant on South than Russia and China.

Trumps hand in that deal.. fiddley flump.

This is good news, but I'm suspicious.

Trump's world is crashing around him. Stormy is now suing him personally I think, and so is the DNC. Cohen's office got raided and there's talk that he could testify against Trump if put in a corner. And then all of a sudden, NK suddenly wants to stop testing and be warm and fuzzy. Interesting timing...

Big whoop! He did so many tests that he has enough data to work with and doesn't need anymore testing. He's not going to give up the nukes he has!

He's going to act like a good guy so he can get a meeting with a US president, something his dad and grandfather couldn't do. Meeting with Chump gives him credibility!

Um.... NK stopped testing months ago. They proved to the world they have nuclear weapons, and now Trump is going to go running to try to make a deal. I hope it works out, I really do... But I'm not holding my breath.

Anyone notice that Pompeo went to North Korea and came away with nothing? Any time any US state official went to NK or went to talk to NK they came away with the release of American prisoners. Seems Pompeo couldn't even pull that off.

                                        It actually happened under Bush.

Trump threatened to bomb NK's nuke facility, because of their increased capabilities and testing.

                                        Trump lied

                                        Now NK has hot nukes

Now Trump will make a shitty deal with NK just to say he made a deal.

We've made deals 3 times in the past with NK, nothing new, they'll break any new deal in a few years, they always do.
