Creating the slave trade (or, "black slavery" as you put it) is NOT "inventing slavery". As I said, they incorporated slave trading into big efficient business, they did not invent slave trading. They made a (profitable but deplorable) business out of it. The English, French, Spanish and Portugese also profited from the slave trade to the New World.

I was speaking about slavery itself, which is different than turning slavery into a rollicking worldwide business (trade) like the Dutch (and others) did. So I apologize for the confusion. I think you meant to say the Dutch invented the slave trade, not "slavery".

We created shit indeed, in 1619 the first boat with slaves docked in Jamestown, that's still America and I think they were the last with ending slavery as well. 1865, the day the 13th amendment to the constitution was ratified.
