With everything that is going on, I'd say at least a week. Maybe two. And they don't work weekends. So if you signed up Thursday or Friday you still have until later today or tomorrow. And it's busy. So maybe even longer.

72 hours is the normal turnaround for account verification, however in the last week as customers switch their business to us we have received a huge volume of new account applications. We are currently operating on an estimated one week turnaround for account verification.

To avoid any delays with your verification, please make sure you have provided/uploaded all required documents for a business account

Business Registration/Articles of Incorporation
Picture ID
Proof of Address
List of Shareholders (publicly issued/official)
Picture ID of any shareholder that owns 10% or more of the company

That was the norm, however at the moment we are operating out of the norm.

Our verification department is working 24 hours, including weekends. We have hired more staff, and we are working diligently to review and approve all accounts.

Hi Ruth , all of this is uploaded, our list of shareholders is only in Dutch available, I hope that won't become a problem. An english version is not available.
