I've just received notification from a program that the frozen funds "will" be returned to them, but not before 1st May at the earliest.

I don't know if this refers to channel payments only (which pass straight through FCP to a bank account), or whether it also includes balances held at FCP.

Unsure sure why FCP are not communicating this information directly to their customers.

Actually, re-reading it, they're saying that funds which were sent from the program but didn't get credited to the affiliate will be returned to the program. So it's not necessarily freeing up all frozen customer balances, just those funds which were in transit at the time FCP died.

It's really strange that their login page or account dashboard still says NOTHING about them abruptly ceasing business...

Yes, transfers and ATM withdrawals work just fine for me.

And there STILL hasn't been an official statement from FCP. Just news via customer service or specific people who work there.

I received a generic email from FCP stating they were shutting down, but not any specific details about my outbound wire transfer being voided, or how they were proposing to return my funds. I've only heard details via the program that previously sent payouts to my FCP account.

I have a merchant account and haven't even gotten that.

I did oddly enough get a payoneer email the other day as if I still had a payoneer merchant account.

Found this email yesterday from FCP, anyone got any answer ?

                    ------------------------------------

                    Dear Customer,

On 04/10/2018, Choice Bank froze all deposits and virtual balances at the bank while it works through its temporary liquidity situation. As funds are held with Choice bank , Choice Bank is handling all inquiries relating to this matter so please direct any queries to Rob Anderson, Executive VP at Choice Bank, at [email protected]

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience

                    Thank You

                      -----------------------

As you have understood we are currently in a liquidity constrained position. This made us suspend loading prepaid cards and executing wire transfers. At this time we are gathering and analyzing the information we received from the card program managers.

Our aim is to return funds to card holders by wire transfer. I cannot give you a reliable timeframe for that at this point. Once I do I will inform you immediately.

Please also note that funds on cards will be available until 30th of June. I recommend to take these funds of the card as soon as possible.

I duly apologize for any inconvenience caused.

                      Best regards,

I have funds frozen at FirstChoicePay and receive no answers form ChoiceBank since weeks. A month ago they said that they will wire my funds and ask me to complete a form for this. I send all the information and after that I received no answers at all.
I am really stressed about this.
