maybe me, made some purchases and the money from the wallet is not being transfered to the card to refill it as it used to be, i made those purchases last saturday.

I know one issue similar to yours. It will be processed for sure. Their support is still online and they have been diligently answering queries.
I withdraw most of the funds in my card the first day they had the problem. Though i still have some money there i can use online, and it is still working.Comment

I have money stuck in a merchant account. ;-\ I also have several payments my payroll person did the day/night of the freeze that never made it to performer accounts.
I was told that once the freeze was lifted (can legally be there up to 90 days) FCP plans on getting everyone's money back. No idea what will happen with the money that was being transferred when the freeze went into effect though.
