    Is Paxum still expecting to display the card status in the admin for the new ones this week?, its Thursday and i don't see it yet...

      Its Friday and i wouldnt call it beginning of the week, so my question is: When you will update cards' status?

          Maybe feed the cheap support desk slaves ( if they even exist ) a bit more so they may be able to reply a bit faster to support tickets.

            They probably try to solve this huge influx of new customers using the existing staff (or hiring as few people as possible). It's a common practice on some companies because they try to maximize their profit. I've sent two emails to Ruth already (one over a week ago) but I got no answer. Probably she is overwhelmed and definitely she didn't signed for this. Writing to their support is also useless these days so I didn't bother. The irony is even if it's a dying business Firstchoicepay still has a better support than Paxum these days. I think with all this shady attitude from Paxum it's more safe to keep the payments on the sponsors pocket until things get cleared and the new cards are functional. Even so the frustration remains.

                      whats going on with EFTs to US Bank accounts? 12 days passed since I submitted request for withdrawals and nothing. Used to be 5 days tops.
                      This reminds me of another financial service that had very little cash to cover its obligations.

                        Paxum accepts USA Business accounts, but we do not accept USA personal accounts.

                        USA customers are unable to get the Paxum card but we do offer other withdrawal options.

                          Some update on my situation:

                          After 6 business days from requesting the wire transfer, its status in my Paxum account has changed from Processing to Validated. I will post here when (if) I will receive it to my bank account.

                                Hi Ruth, one question.. so from what I understand with an active but unverified you can received funds, but from there you can not send or withdraw those funds, is that right? Just correct me if I'm wrong.
                                Then, let's suppose something, if I'm not verified and I had received funds already, I cannot withdraw the funds until I get verified? So what happens if a verification never happens, what about the money that is already in the account and I cannot move, do you return it to the sender if requested? I'm just simply trying to understand this kind of situation.

                                    I have ordered withdrawal funds to my external credit card and now in 3-4 days i see money arrived to my account, but its marked as reserved.. Why this could happen? What documents my bank could request? Is it normal practice? I did my test withdraw 10usd last week, now amount is 2400.

                                      Some bank are anal when it comes to cc funding because it's not real funding, it a reverse charge so hence a potential problem. But basicly, should be fine after some time.

These cards will be automatically provided to existing card-holders at no additional cost as well. Card status updates will be visible in accounts beginning next week.


                                                  The limits for the temporary card will be $2,000 USD loading per day and $20,000 USD maximum loading per month. The highest balance allowed on the card is $5,000 USD which is fully available for POS purchases at any time. Clients can also use the card for ATM withdrawals up to $1,000 USD per day. Those will be temporary limits and will be increased later.

                                                  Paxum will focus on verifying all new clients as swiftly as possible. Then, in a few weeks, we will issue our regular logo branded Paxum card again at no extra cost for existing card-holders. The regular Paxum card will have higher limits than the previous Paxum card. Please log-in to your account from time to time to check for new announcements as we will update clients of our progress.

                                                  Paxum offers multiple withdrawal options (Swift Wire, EFT/ACH, External Credit/Debit Card, and Transfer to Other Accounts), instant payments worldwide, and we still offer instant withdrawal so clients can continue to access their funds while awaiting a card replacement.

                                                      The only question I have now is can it work like that without postings on GFY and contacting Ruth by email.

                                                      I think Paxum must have some support dedicated to wires/EFT/ACH, and tickets related to problems with them should be answered in 24-48 hours.

                                                          I got this email from Paxum today - how can they charge an annual fee for a (now) non working card?

                                                          A year has already flown by since you have requested your card. As such, we trust that our service is satisfactory, and you will be excited to have your Paxum card renewed for yet another year. The annual fee will be deducted from your USD checking account, and you will be set to enjoy the card features for the upcoming year.

                                                                  That means data from the use of these cards are not available. Data, which can be used for accounting purposes. I have, of course, backup of the data, but others might not, and that could cause problems for them later on. The data from the latest Choice Bank card is still available though.

                                                                  Maybe the data will be back(?), and the data from the latest card will not be removed. But right now, I think its a good idea to do a backup in CSV/PDF files, for anyone doing accounting. Just in case same thing happens with the latest card.

                                                                                                  Hello Ruth, i hope you are not coming here only when you promote your service which i wont describe cause if i be honest with my experience you wont like it, anyhow i requested money to my card last friday, it said unsupported card and then i added 2 more and same message, then i tried wire transfer and the bank account was accepted and i withdraw the money but i still dont see my money in my bank acocunt but you charge 50$, i also sent you two tickets and the tickets wasnt evene viewed by your staff even if they exist, i also sent you a email yes on the email called [email protected] and still nothing, so i am wondering are you gonna send me my money ever or you gonna keep it to your self which seems is being a fashion lately.

                                                                                                    Just to clarify. I just got the money. From the bank call center, I was told that the withdraw to an external card might be immediate for the sender, but it usually takes 3-5 business days for receiving and that is related to how Visa and MasterCard work.
