                  The last try was before the demise of First Choice Bank. So before April 8..

                  When ever I did ACH in the past, US ACH went smoothly.

                  But I haven't tried since my account switched to "Business," and not since April 8.

                          I will ask this question here, since Paxum support is very slow with answering tickets now, and maybe I am not the only one interested in this information.

                          Ruth, how fast you send wire transfers now? If I order a wire transfer withdrawal from my Paxum account to my bank account, how long it takes for you to make it actually sent from your bank? I know the standard message about 3 business days, but I want to know the real situation these days. I have read many complaints of Paxum users about wire transfers before, that they needed to contact support again and again to ask them like “where’s my wire transfer, when you will finally send it? etc”… and now I see that support guys are too busy to answer any tickets promptly.

                          As a Paxum user who wants to withdraw by wire transfers now, not by card, what can I really expect? Normally if somebody sends me a wire from US bank in the morning (EST), I have it in my account the same day in the afternoon. So may I rely on that “3 business days” thing or it will take longer? Just wanna know if this is a reliable way to withdraw money without significant delays.

                                I see no info regarding the new "temporary" card in the paxum user area, usually it showed (for new cards - when old ones expired) a new Master Card, 00**00 and status: printing or something.

                                Q: When can we expect these new "temporary" cards, 1 month or more from now?

                                    We are issuing replacement cards to existing card-holders first and then we will open new card creation to new verified clients and clients that weren't existing card-holders already.

                                    Wires are processed within 3 business days of submitting the request, and they take about 3 business days to reach you. At the moment we're typically seeing clients receive wires within 3-5 business days from submitting the request.

                                        Also, just want to make sure, the temporary card, it will be issued to all previous card owner correct? Not just those asking for it.

                                        Basically, everybody previous card holder will get both the temporary card and then the new card with the Paxum logo without having to do anything.

                                        I get this right?

                                                But Annoncements page says this:

                                                So, please contact Customer Support but DON’T contact Customer Support. I’m confused now.


                                                On top of that, I uploaded my electricity bill/contract to verify another street address that I want to add. Of course, it’s still pending, but maybe it affected somehow my account verification level? Well, it still says it’s verified.

                                                I have some payments to Paxum on hold now because I want to test it with the first wire transfer before I send more money there, I hope I will receive it this week so everything will work for me on a regular basis, but I'm still looking forward to new cards as another withdrawal option!

But the "Apply for card" form was available in my account yesterday, but today I see "Please contact Customer Support for more details" message there. So maybe it was the old form for old cards there? I have no idea. I should contact Customer Support for more details, but another page now says "Please do not create tickets...", so this is just confusing. Anyway, I can wait for the card for a couple of months until all these issues are fixed, if wire transfers are working normally for me.

                                                                  I m an independent cam girl working with just 1 platform , till now i was getting pay by FCP - recive the founds on my card and all was fine ( i can t use bank accounts because i have them blocked ).Now that platform i work with it s offering paxum also as payment option .Please ask me with some answers about your system :

                                                                  1.from the moment i will open my paxum account and the moment i will recive my card i must wait ? A) 3-4 weeks B) 5-6 weeks or C) over 6 weeks
                                                                  2.the new cards will be issued by what bank ? ( right now i have 3200$ stuck on my fcp card because the Choice Bank allowed me to take out only 10000 before they block the rest of the amounts ) ,Do you have ideea what are the limits at the new bank ?
                                                                  3.let s say i open a paxum account and i wish to witdraw the amount by wire in my sister bank account ..it is possible or she must open a separate paxum account and if it s this situation ...i can transfer the amounts by my account to her account ?

                                                                    If you mean your Paxum card, then unfortunately that is not going to change. You can no longer add funds to your Paxum card, which is why we are issuing replacement cards to all existing card-holders.

                                                                    If you have remaining funds on your Paxum card you can withdraw the funds at the ATM or by making POS purchases. We apologize for the inconvenience.

                                                                    We have asked unverified clients to not open support tickets specifically about account verification as doing so slows the whole process down. We are working hard to get through the huge influx of new account applications we have received in the last week, and unnecessary support tickets (tickets about account verification) were not helping with that.

                                                                    At the moment we are printing and shipping replacement cards to existing card-holders. We project this will be completed within 2-3 weeks. At that time we will then open new card creation to everyone else. We anticipate a card turnaround of about 1-2 weeks between request and receipt.

                                                                    The temporary cards have limits as follows:
                                                                    $2k USD can be loaded to the card per day
                                                                    $1k USD is the ATM daily withdrawal limit
                                                                    $5k USD is the maximum card balance
                                                                    $20k USD is the monthly card limit

                                                                    At any time the funds available on the card can be used in their entirety for POS purchases. For example, if you have $5k USD on your temporary card and you wish to make a purchase for $5k USD, you can do so.

                                                                    If you wish to withdraw by wire, but to your sister's bank account, then yes, you will need to ask your sister to create and verify a Paxum account as well. Once her account is verified then you would be able to instantly transfer your account funds to her account (there is a $0.25 USD transfer fee) and then she could initiate a withdrawal from her Paxum account direct to her bank account.

                                                                              Two days ago "Apply for Card" link inside my Paxum account was active, i received payout yesterday so tried today requesting a card, but now the link is not active and showing "Apply for Card (Coming Soon)", so when will possible apply for card? When will be finished the replacement phase to card-holders?

                                                                              So i need to wait 2-3 weeks and after card request again 1-2 weeks depending to shipping method, it is correct?

                                                                                        I submitted my wire transfer request on 2018-04-13 01:35:33, before the business day started on last Friday 13th.

                                                                                        So it was Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, four business (banking) days.

                                                                                        My wire status in my Paxum account is still “Processing”.


                                                                                        That was a test wire for me, for a few hundred dollars, just to see if it will be processed on time. But once again, before sending wires for thousands on a regular basis, I want to make sure that this is a reliable way to withdraw money. Is there any Customer Support that I can contact about wires if I need information about my particular transfer, that can reply promptly? Because nobody is answering tickets now, they are all busy with verification requests as you said. So it feels like sending money into a black hole without Customer Support, not really comfy.

                                                                                        Maybe you can have a couple of guys there dedicating themselves to answering questions regarding wires/ACH/EFT and everything else NOT related to verification, new accounts and cards? Or is there any phone support about wires?

                                                                                            They are not answering tickets lately, and support is available only by tickets, no phone or any other way I guess. I still can not understand if they even let verified people apply for a card now or not. They state that an "apply for a card option" ( button?) should appear there after 24h you receive the first payment, but nothing is there at least for me. New verified people are left in the dark without any knowledge of the system.

                                                                                            Ruth, can you state if we can ask a card right after the first payment or this service not available for new verified customers?

                                                                                            When will support be back to normal?

                                                                                                  We are replacing existing card-holders cards first, then we will open new card requests for new clients. In the meantime, you can withdraw by wire, EFT, ACH, or to an external credit or debit card.

                                                                                                  We will notify everyone as soon as the card request featured is re-enabled.
