It's for a paysite. The book itself is quite unfamiliar.

The words are same , the difference is just the "-ing" form.

Are there possible legal problems if I use the domain? No registered trademark was found by me.

If no trademark you're fine as book titles can't be copywritten.

Yes i was thinking same, having a trademarked book title would make problematic to write new books.

If an author or publisher can't be arsed to pay $10 a year for the domain name of their book title, do you really think they're going to care about it?
