I dont know why my thread cant have replies or anything, so I quote it here:
I am about to reach 2 months of printing status on the 13th... and no news
Paxum Card taking so long to print!
Hi, my new paxum card has the "Printing" status since 2018-02-13, and nothing happened since then. I contacted support a few times now and they always said they can't do a thing about it, it is a bank delay and I just have to wait.. but my old paxum card is going to expire in the next fex hours (April 1st) and I wont have a way to take my money from my account.
They told me I can withdraw to an external card or wire (wich is a lot more expensive) and that's it. They dont want to move a finger about it or try to solve the problem! They are the ones who choose the bank, and the ones who have contact with them and now it's been almost 2 months in the "printing" status, and I will have to wait even more for the shipment later.
Is anyone there having this problem too? or maybe someone who could get their new card in the last 1 1/2 month? I am thinking they are doing this on purpose so we have to use another (and more expensive) withdrawal method.
