    Mueller let's everyone know Rosenstein is in on the "collusion"

    And I don't mean Trump collusion....Mueller attached a directive/scope/memo by Rosenstein to a court pleading. Basically Mueller just gave the judge all he needed to throw Manfort's case out and tossed the "collusion" spotlight on Rosenstein.


    "Here’s the weird part about this: The Rosenstein “secret” memo revealed in this week’s court filing is dated August 2, 2017. According to media reports, Paul Manfort’s home was raided July 26, 2017. So that means Rosenstein’s laid out the more specified scope and definition of authority for the special counsel investigation six days after Manafort’s home had already been raided."

                          Target = ready to be charged and indicted

                          Subject = not ready to be charged but can become a target..


                          Muller just like Comey chooses his words carefully.. Obviously if Muller is looking for a interview with Trump, he will not be a target ready to be charged but still a subject in a investigation..

                          The part of this you are trying to breeze over is Muller will be releasing a report on Trump for Obsteuction of Justice.. Republicans voted to impeach Clinton over obstruction of justice..

                                                                                                      Bill Clinton was indeed impeached by the house. The Senate did not find him guilty of the charges presented in the impeachment. Does not change the fact that he was impeached. To have been impeached does not require removal from office. The house impeached and presented articles to the Senate to consider as reasons for removal of office.

                                                                                                                              Mueller raided Manafort's house, and found incriminating evidence of a crime. He went back to Rosenstein for clarification and was told to follow up on ALL LEADS.

                                                                                                                              If the investigation turns up another crime, they can follow up on that lead and press charges. That's how investigations work.

                                                                                                                              I am not even sure why this is up for debate. If you get pulled over for speeding and they find meth in your car, guess what - you go to jail for meth. When they impound your car and find a dead body, guess what - you go to jail for the dead body. They don't say "Gee, we only pulled you over for speeding so you only get a ticket and we'll just ignore the meth and the dead body". It's an investigation. They are trying to figure out what crimes have been committed.
