The worse offender is Ryan Air. Who pay pilots more than they pay flight attendants. So what do the suggest these companies do? Maybe drop the wages of pilots or make flight attendants fly the plane.

We work in an industry that pays women more than it pays the men doing the same job.

Can you point out why this is true?

The problem is with women. They demand time off to have babies, need time off to take care when one of them is ill and the biggest problem is they don't want the big money jobs. If they did more would train as pilots, engineers, entrepreneurs, etc. There's nothing to hold back the right women.

The UK has had two female prime ministers.

Well Paul, to be honest, what I said isn't true at all.

I think if you strip away all the layers and get down to the gist of what is causing all the problems in the UK, it would appear that they're trying to please all the people all the time. And its a fallacy. It doesn't work. As much as you hope it'll work and try to make it work, the outcome just gets worse and worse. Pleasing all the people all the time just can't be done.

They only try to please those they think need pleasing. More jobs for women means less for men, more pay for women doing less effective jobs means those doing better jobs lose out.
