As it was dry hopped four times, I kind of expected it to be a little bitter. Some drinking advice.

Pour it into a glass, not a chilled glass.

Don't try to minimize the head, head is a good thing, especially with an IPA. It should look like this:




Don't power it down unless you are just trying to get drunk, those can definitely improve once the chill dissipates
