When I search my e-mail address + gfy.com, which I have posted before, the same cloning domains come up in search.

I know I will be looked at like a total newb because I dont post much here.. and I dont have the flashy avatar and sig to match. But, I can clearly and with MUCH proof show that Mark is a crook, period. He sold myself and my partner on his cam system which AFTER paying thousands we found out that so many functions didn't work and much more. In a nutshell his whole cam system was nothing more than BETA.. period!

After months of trying to be civilized and deal with him, we found that he had done numerous things that NO real business would have done to us! AFTER taking thousands of dollars from us even had the nerve to try and threaten a lawsuit against us for even more money!

I have ALL of our emails AND documentation, and would definitely put it all up here if I thought I wouldn't be wasting my time only to have a mod delete it all. If a mod assures me they won't delete it I will create a thread with ALL of our correspondence with us BEGGING him for support, etc. And asking why numerous things that he marketed to us simply did not work as advertised or work at all.

The way that he manipulated us and shrewdly took thousands of dollars from us through his PayPal tricks, etc.

The system Mark gives to models & cam companies works with companies such as babestation as part of the line of models. You pay for your licences, you set up the account & you begin to use the cam system, earning money & being paid on time. How you´ve found yourself paying out more without earning is beyond me...

For the record, I stated that I don't post much.. actually joined in 2011 so not sure how you figure my account is new. I'm not nearly as technically savvy as many of you here, infact I've easily spent wayyy more time "reading" than I ever have coding. At the time I joined I was working on sites that were labeled adult, needed CCbill and I had no idea how to get traffic, grow the sites, etc. And I came across many many posts on the help I needed at this forum those many years ago. And have visited numerous times since.. sorry if you consider me "trolling".

Lastly, your assuming a bit more than was even said.. for one, the cam system from him was so bad (AT THAT TIME), the developers I had to hire (because we could not get ample support from Marc, even when I asked if there was somebody else at his company that could help us and was told, "NO, you will deal with me only."), told us that his cam systems was merely a bunch of patchwork and they considered it what they term, BETA.

Since you have his cam system, then maybe this example will make sense to you. One example, the video on demand option / function. At the time.. it was marketed on his website, I emailed and asked specifically about it and he reassured me that this VOD was fully functional etc. After paying roughly $6,000.00 and having problems with numerous things NOT working and begging for multiple days through email for support. He would give us some unrelated answer.. and then disappear for days again. This was a regular pattern. So when we finally complained to PayPal about him and his business, we started to get somewhat better response and response time from him. When asked about why we couldn't:
#1. Upload our videos (properly encoded formats utilizing Amazon transcoder services).. he said we had to upload to him, and HE would put the videos in place. I found that odd at the time. BUT, we still tried to work with that method. So we uploaded numerous videos as a test.

#2. After being uploaded, and WAITING for him to get around to adding our video.
#3. We had NO WAY to admin our videos! We could name or change our video titles.
#4. We couldn't even delete the videos!
#5. There was no way to enter any meta for the video, link to, etc!

Now what I just put above is all facts. And this was roughly about 2 years ago, so I am not sure as to what stage his cam system is now. And I'm certain that because of the time that has gone by there is still more that I could list, but as the time has gone by I have forgotten very very specific itemize type of list. BUT, through this whole process of this guy basic scamming us (and I am aware that I used the term scam, because ultimately that is what he did), I did luckily document EVERYTHING I could. I only wish I could have recorded the calls that we had with him and they way he talked to me and my partner. The way that he during some of these calls actually THREATENED us. Now please don't think that we were some nimble little kittens being abused lol.. At the time my partner and myself, after paying $6k USD, were just trying to work with this guy and get her cam site up, period. But it got to be too much to bite the bullet over and over and over.

Like I promised the moderator I am most definitely gonna post all of my saved emails, txts, statements from bank and paypal, including their correspondence with us about how he HIMSELF manipulated paypal links / invoices etc and then emailing to us. Obviously emails can be manipulated, we all know this.. but I will include all of them with their headers for you who know this stuff to analyze.. and then you all can judge for yourselves.

Obviously we have since moved on. The saddest part of all of this is we had moved on and after months AFTER basically being scammed by Marc for just over $6k, he had the never to have a Canadian lawyer contact us saying that he was attempting to sue us for even more! Oh, yes, I will include all of that documentation as well! I US lawyer advised us to answer in writing, but we were not going to Canada or hiring a Canadian attorney for this. YES, it got that bad! And what everyone MUST understand.. WE NEVER EVEN WENT LIVE with his cam! We NEVER could even get the patchwork of code to actually work!!

So Gspotproductions.. As I first said, I'm not here to debate with you and your experience with Marc and his company.. I happen to see this thread, and decided to make people aware of "OUR" experience with Marc and his company of, I think, 2 or 3 people. I haven't had the time just yet to sort everything, remove just our personal info like bank account numbers, etc. But I will be posting.
