Why i Can't exchange Bitcoin to Etherum from my blockchain account ?

There is the option but is like 2 - 3 hours i cant seems to be able to make the transaction somehow it is block.

Do i need to redeem the claim code and apply to my account to get the card number ?

My goal was to provide Credit to the account for few of my girl friend on BP.

First day i did make it happen with amazon gift card bought online.
Second day i tried with a 7/11 amazone card and Credit is still pending 48 hours or so later.
Then i bought another online Amazon gift card and the transaction got cancel and account suspended and i did nothing wrong lol.
( I think amazon catch up about bp accepting his gift card as payment and BEZO did not like it ) i don't know.

Finaly find a bit cash ATM at a vapor store close from my place and solved my problem this way.

Still not able to exchange bitcoin to etherum from my blockchain account.
