If you read the NDA there is a side letter the true identity of who DD is. If she or her lawyer really wanted to prove she was telling the truth all they have to do is show the side letter. But because of what i posted in my previous post she can not or her lawyer show the side letter or it will violate the NDA which she has anyways. When this originally broke I didn't think this was an illegal contribution myself. However, any cash payment to support a candidate's cause is obviously a political contribution.

The max fine would be twice the contribution? I am pretty sure Cohen makes pretty good money, but I doubt he will be able to pay off a $260k fine after spending $130k of his own money. I am guessing there is a fair chance he will no longer be allowed to practice law also.
