I am pleased to announce that, effective 4/9/18, @AmbJohnBolton will be my new National Security Advisor. I am very thankful for the service of General H.R. McMaster who has done an outstanding job & will always remain my friend. There will be an official contact handover on 4/9...

I don't know if you saw my prediction about that very thing but yes we are planning to attack NK which was scheduled to take place in early to mid spring. Kim also knows this and that is why he has called for a meeting with Trump and has offered a moratorium on testing etc. He knows that the game is up for him and at the least wants to stall for more time but I personally think he wants to get assurances from us that he will be allowed to stay in power for concessions that he will offer.

I am not certain that the Donald will accept/believe the offer of any concessions at this point in time. Our military is locked and loaded so the Donald may give the go ahead.
