1. There are a lot of GFY "rules" that are ignored every day.

2. In the rule you quoted, it says any WHOIS info is considered public information. Wouldn't that apply to a public Facebook account? Or any publicly accessible info?

3. Personally, I would never post someone's personal information on any forum. It's wrong on many levels (to me). Just because I'm pointing out that it's public information doesn't mean I condone posting it.

Nikki needs help finding him. If the info is in the public domain, posting it here is "legal" but it's wiser to PM the info. Let's say it's posted. Brandon is mad and wants payback. Has a friend assault him secretly, blames Nikki, then blames Nikki for posting it and GFY for allowing the post. Attorney thinks a case is valid and stirs up legal shit.

It sounds crazy but this world isn't always on the straight and narrow.

And, Brandon may turn around and post YOUR info here. Other forums, too, including non-adult where moderation is absent.
