WTF Paxum? Incorrect deductions, card bug

Ok this is some next level fuckery...

Yesterday I've activated my new card, changed pin, everything seemed ok... I go back to site 1 minute later and I see the yearly maintenance fee deducted 2 extra times, which I already paid in January...

then also my new card's state immediately got changed to "Closed".......

I wrote to paxum on skype, guy told me will look into it "shortly" (never happened), also wrote to support several ways, no response since yesterday... my account is put to minus with causeless fees and can't use my new card at all and they were not able to fix this shit in half day yet or tell me anything about what is happening at all... That's a joke

they told me the wrongly deducted fees gone be retrieved in 12 hours... :\ not happened yet, my new card is still in "Closed" state... gotta wait and wait and wait...

Thanks @Denny who pointed me here...

Same issue:
Got the new card, went to activate it.
Since it did not work to activate it yourself two years ago, I was very careful to both read and follow what little instructions were there. Entered full name on the card and the card number.

And - BOOOM
The Paxum system instantly charged me 19 yearly card maintenance fees of $44.95 - almost $1000 right there.

Wrote a ticket to support and the answer comes back
"we know about the issue and funds will be reveresed in 12-24 hours"
Guess what, no funds have been reveresed and it's now been more than 24 hours since the last transaction of those 19 yearly fees that they took.

Wrote a reply to please have the funds from the old card transferred over to the new card, the reply to that "yes, we have now asked the bank to transfer from your old card account to the new one, this will happen in a few days time".

I was due to get a new card in February and Paxum initiated the process in January. I reponded promplty and address verification was approved first time around. Guess what, they took all of February to produce and mail the card and it did not arrive here (western European country) until March 5th.

I am being charged for uninterrupted service, but all I get is problems and interruptions. And yeah, there has still not been any reversal of the funds back into my account...

It works for me, I'm in Europe, but if I use a US proxy, it returns a 404 error too.

paxum.com is an ewallet service, licensed in Canada. It is not a bank, you don't have a bank account, the money is held in their bank account. They have a partnership with Choice Bank in Belize to issue cards.

paxumbank.com is a 'real' bank, licensed in Dominica

I would not trust my money with either of them.

Paxum just keeps proving themselves more and more of a risk. I don't see why anyone still does business with them. I'm sorry but where there is smoke there is fire.
