Further more when the last lot of sanctions were placed Jinko moved a 1000 personal factory to Malaysia,.. which they are closing and sending to the USA, When you research the Malaysian factory they thought they were going to get a lot of jobs as well, but because its a very small factory ( In China Jinko employ 15,000+ ) the whole system was written in Chinese and 80% of the jobs.. went to foreigners.

Bet that repeats in the USA, but its being done on Tax payer money, and will need 800 new immigrants to run it.
