Mueller will subpoena him. There is no reason for a sitting US President not be required to testify; We've already established this when President Clinton was required to testify under oath about a rather trivial matter.

Once under oath, Mueller can ask him anything he wants. We've also established this when President Clinton was required to testify, under oath, and was asked if he had sexual relations with an intern.

You really think Trump is going to go under oath and come out with any hope of being president? LOL.

Did he do that? I haven't been watching any news tonight.

The fact that yesterday Trump said he'd be happy to testify under oath to Robert Mueller (repeatedly and with very much clarity) made me realize that he will definitely not be doing that.

This is because I've learned in the past two years that everything Trump says is what pops into his head to get him through that minute to the next. He's in survival mode every minute of the day and his diarrhea of the mouth shows that. When he's surrounded by reporters asking him tough questions, he can only defend himself by spewing half baked thoughts from his shithole mouth.

Then he changes his mind and acts like he never said it, after smart people come to him and go "uhhh, Mr President. You know that talking to MR Mueller would be the worst thing you could do right now." But they're not that smart, because Trump will have no choice if gets a subpoena. Or maybe he'll change the subpoena laws and call it "help for the middle class".

Actually, if the FBI questions him he doesn't have to be under oath. Its illegal to lie to the FBI, doesn't matter if you are under oath or not, you can be charged with obstruction of justice for lying to the FBI..

This is why Republicans making a big deal about Hillary not being under oath was such a stupid argument.. You simply can't lie to the FBI or you get charged.. being under oath or not doesnt matter.

This is why we have 4 people from Trump's team already charged with LYING TO THE FBI..
