The reporo.com owes us at least $ 6585 earned from November 2017 to January 2018.
January 5, 2018, 18:41 I've sent them a letter to [email protected] with the question about our payment. No response. We wrote them 3 times but didn't receive any feedback.
Support team every time redirect me to this e-mail ([email protected]) because no one in live chat can help me, except this people who answer (don't answer) on this e-mail.
January 8, 2018 I made a payment request, and payment was in pending mode. Reporo's manager, John Cardwell, promised me that on January 22, 2018 we will receive our payment. But now the payment is in the status "rejected".
Maybe somebody knows to whom should I write and to what people I need to talk to receive money? Maybe somebody was in the similar situation with reporo.com and found the decision?
We need at least some feedback, and, as a result, our payment.
