This is just stunning.... A member of the President's cabinet is being interviewed by a special prosecutor..... We already know Sessions lied, under oath, about meeting with the Russians. How in the world is this possible? Think about this for a moment: The Attorney General of the United States lied under oath.

We have obstruction of justice, money laundering at every turn, and collusion with the Russians. Please don't tell me there isn't. Trump fired the director of the FBI, we have the Russians pumping in money every where including tens of millions of dollars to the NRA, and we already know George Papadopoulos was secretly meeting with Russian agents in England and had advanced knowledge of the hacked emails (and god only knows what else). And George Papadopoulos is singing like a bird.

Mueller is now interviewing the top people surrounding Trump, and making a deal to interview Trump himself. We are coming to end of this. Twenty or thirty people were charged in Watergate, and it seems we'll have something similar with Russiagate.

Trump's most obvious obstruction of Justice is firing Comey after asking for his pledge of loyalty and advising him multiple times to go easy on Flynn. Then Trump going on national TV and stating that he fired Comey to relieve pressure from the Russia investigation.

Then there's Manafort, then there's Flynn & Papadopoulos pleeding guilty to charges and turning on Trump. There's more we aren't aware of.

But yeah, keep chirping that Trump and his people haven't tried to obstruct Justice and that Sessions, who recused himself from the Russia investigation, keeps trying to influence the investigation and get people the people involved in investigating fired or transferred out.

One thing is for 100% certian.. Sessions wasnt being interviewed for what they might learn from him, he was being interviewed to see what he'd lie about. This late in the game, it's pretty certian Muller's team would have already known the answers to anything they'd ask Sessions.

You're incorrect. Investigations often close with the highest level person being investigated. Trump will be charged with a low level form of obstruction, which will not stand, however it will set a precedent of US presidents being investigated by the opposing party and "impeached", which will weaken the US. Sessions will not be charged or even mentioned except as evidence from his testimony.

I say Trump will fall or remain based on on the outcome of the 2018 midterms. Over 45 seats change hands, he falls. Less than that, he is re-elected and does 8 years.

Let's assume you are correct and Trump is charged with a "low level of obstruction". However, a charge of "low level obstruction" is a crime that leads to impeachment proceedings. The Republican party might hold all of the power, if only barely, but enough of the Republican party would be willing to stand up and take a stand and remove him from office. The Republicans don't want to be seen as supporting Trump in the next elections.

This assumes that all he is charged with is some low level of obstruction. More likely it would be a much more serious level of obstruction. Then we can talk about some kind of other illegal activity - you know they are going over his finances - and then we can talk about collusion with the Russians. There is no doubt there was some collusion with the Russians - At the very least we know George Papadopoulos was meeting with Russian agents and knew about the hacked emails before anyone else.... This is one part of the collusion - It seems Trump Jr was meeting with Russian agents at an NRA event, where $30 million was passed to the Trump campaign.

Every time we turn around there is illegal activity going on.

During Nixon , his attorney general Richard G. Kleindienst was charged, along with many others, most if whom served jail time.

This assumes that all he is charged with is some low level of obstruction. More likely it would be a much more serious level of obstruction. Then we can talk about some kind of other illegal activity - you know they are going over his finances - and then we can talk about collusion with the Russians. There is no doubt there was some collusion with the Russians - At the very least we know George Papadopoulos was meeting with Russian agents and knew about the hacked emails before anyone else.... This is one part of the collusion - It seems Trump Jr was meeting with Russian agents at an NRA event, where $30 million was passed to the Trump campaign.

Every time we turn around there is illegal activity going on.

I think you'll be gravely disappointed. The charge will be obstruction, it will be technical, it will not be conclusive, Mueller will attempt to indict, he will fail via supreme court, he will refer for impeachment, attempting to draw the matter out until after Jan 2019.

If republicans hold the house Trump will not even be impeached.

If you want Trump out, better get off you ass and work for it, not rely on Mueller.

What you're doing is failing to understand how government works. You imagine a sitting president can be subject to what, to you, is a fantasy scenario. When has your fantasy scenario ever come true?
