We never had this problem until it became a strategy of the Republican party to push short term spending bills as a way to starve federal programs they don't like.
These shutdowns are 100% Republican created problem.. We haven't had a federal budget in years, we've had spending bills because Republicans refuse to agree on budgets even now when they are in power..In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment
