              Gossip being spread by law enforcement shouldn't be promoted, but I get it, there's a ton of other news sites doing the same. Your story did share some positive info at least.

              Asking for "victims" to come forward to help build their case, usually means, they really don't have a case. Unless it's a clear cut, in your face obvious violation, I prefer the innocent until proven guilty model, which seems to have all but disappeared. These so-called detectives seeking help from the peanut gallery, rather than earning their keep and actually investigating has become the norm. Then they and the prosecutors lie and twist stories or even fabricate info to stack charges, and force a plea deal, just to screw someone over and get another win under their belt and more $$ for the state. I know of many this has happened to, and it's disgusting. I mean, seriously, she has not been found guilty of anything, she hasn't even been charged with anything yet and now her name is being dragged through the mud and potentially tainted. Even if never charged or found guilty, good luck trying to sue for defamation or libel.


              Anyway ... times must really be getting tough if she "allegedly" needs to resort to burglarizing.

                          Curious that the story popped up this way. On the gay side, it's common to for guys to impersonate gay porn stars, set up meetings/escorts, then mug the mark.

                                  C'mon man, I will be civil, and not get into anything else, but at least stop with the non-sense.                                   But, back to the article/story. I didn't really delve deep into the evidence or rather lack of, but from a quick glance it looked pretty weak and they are grasping. I have no clue what she did or didn't do, but there's this thing called "innocent until proven guilty" and it's on LE and prosecutor's job to prove guilt. These press releases or "special bulletins" sort of screws with the whole due process thing that everyone seems to forget about. If it turns out she's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, then like I said, it's a sign of the times or perhaps she just likes to steal things. Maybe all the sugar daddies are looking for bargains as well, who the f knows. Or maybe the dudes hiring her are pitching a whole pie but only giving a slice, cuz stuff like that never happens either. So many different things can be going on and all of it is just speculation right now.

                                                      I get it, I've seen women hustling for $$, it happens, more frequently than reported. The topic could have been about anything really; my stance wouldn't change. Police (with the assistance of media, social media, forums, basically any discussions online or tv) ruin / tarnish a person's reputation with very little evidence and before any sort of due process (we've haven't heard or seen any evidence, a hearing, a trial, etc., just a trust me bro from LE), and jury pools can become tainted very easily as well That's my point. And again, because it happens often, doesn't mean this girl is guilty of it, my other point. People are too quick to jump the gun and really gullible to believe everything they are fed, especially if it's coming from LE. Every circumstance is different, every situation is different. Are you lumping every "adult entertainer" into a stereotype now? I certainly hope not, because I'm sure that will cause other problems as well.

                                                                      In the US, there are things called due process. The government must follow fair procedures when it acts to deprive a person of a right. For example, a prosecutor presenting deliberately fabricated evidence to obtain a conviction would be a violation of procedural due process.

                                                                      Furthermore, due process is violated if a prosecutor's statements to the press create prejudicial publicity that prevents the defendant from receiving a fair trial, a situation often referred to as "trial by press" or "trial by public". While prosecutors have a right to inform the public, statements that are inflammatory or prejudicial and make a fair trial unlikely can lead to due process violations.

                                                                      There has been no mention of a warrant, but yet, LE is claiming she is "at large". Really? There's more, but I won't bother.

                                                                      Under investigation and having charges filed are two entirely different things. And even if charges are filed, it still doesn't mean someone is guilty, until ALL EVIDENCE has been presented and a verdict is given. The thing is, none of this applies with law enforcement, they can say whatever, whenever the fuck they want and get away with it and media just posts it like its facts. In my opinion, this needs to change.
