I am with Ibill right now and I want to go with another billing company. I heard good things about these 2 companies: PSWBilling and CCBill

Which billing company do you like the best?? And how is there customer service??

Thanks

I wonder why people here suggest Globill. They're a good entry billing system but what about:

- 16 % fees
- Emailing members after successful rebill
- *VERY* refund friendly

Bottom line is you *WILL* earn less money with Globill, period & no discussion about this. Their good tech support won't help you make your bottom line any better.

Why do you people figure none of the big programs use Globill? Why's everybody using Epoch?

Epoch is by far the best processor CCbill would be a good backup. Be careful of Globill for two reasons. One they are not Visa compliant therefore they could lose there ability to take Visa cards anytime now, second is that members are allowed in to your site for what Globill call a grace period until their CC is fully approved. This used to be for just a few hours, which was fine, now i notice its sometimes days. Well people know about this and use it to gain free access to your sites. Because of this next week they are history on all our sites. But one good thing that we will keep using Globill for is there check clearing, with the delay until members access it means the end of fraudulent checks. Ok maybe less people will sign up using checks but then who needs a load of thief's getting into their sites knowing their checks will bounce ???.

Anyways Epoch is #1 in our book

From what I hear there's nothing "non compliant" about the way globill is handling Visa. There's quite a few billers not charging the setup fees and you don't hear about all those being threatened by Visa too. The ones obvoiusly flaunting visa regs, yeah but it's still possible to be legit & not charge Visa's scam fees.

I saw you bashing GloBill on multiple boards now.. neways, do you understand that if GloBill was not VISA compliant they wouldn't be processing VISA? They will losing ability to process VISA anytime now? What? You a psychic? Or is that what another proc tell you?

I think it's a damn good idea. I for one don't want chargebacks that could be easily avoided besides only about .10% gets rejected while on grace anyways.

Check sign-ups usually rebill very well.. so what some people take advantage of this knowledge? Bandwith is pretty darn cheap these days. These thieves burn a lot less bandwith than bruteforce attackers anyways. You try to delay check subscribers access no-one will sign-up after all there are 1000s of other sites that'll give them instant access with checks.

Now, yes GloBill sends out receipts after each rebill and 2% members cancel far better than getting a high chargeback ratio. And their 16% fee may suck too (if you're doing less than 5K/week) but their support/comprehensive stats area sure pays up for it.

How cum Globill-bashers are always spreading misinfo? I've used Epoch, CCBill and iBill in the past. I use Glo-bill now and make more money with them. You mileage may vary. But for the record:

- Fees go down to 12% depending on your volume
- They do NOT email members a receipt after every rebill, only after the initial signup
- Their refund policy is reasonable, not trigger-happy. And between their customer service and finely tuned fraud scrub, my chargebacks are essentially zero.

Globill rocks!
