I love Quadrophenia. I remember watching it in the cinema when it came out. The main character, Jimmy, was just slightly older in the film than I was in real life...

Rewatching it just now, Jimmy (in the sense of the film) is still exactly the same age... But then I look at Jimmy's Dad, and think - Fuck! His Dad in the film is younger then than I am now !!!

Well worth it mate - Especially the remastered HD version. Avoid the TV versions - Cut to fuck - So much it doesnt make sense, but the real deal - Brilliant movie.
