When a girl leaves the industry, we don't keep a database of her current location and what she's doing. She's gone. She's out of contract. She's off living her own life.

In the case of Faye Reagan, she had a few contacts in the industry but burned those bridges when her drug use, which, from what I'm told, is severe. Friends and family members have tried to help her, but she chose to cut off contact. That decision is her own, and like it or not, we can't make her want to get help.

Same situation with Jenni Lee. It's something she has to be willing to accept on her own.

ONLY if the talent wants to be found and keep sin contact. If she's on the streets / homeless how is she to keep in contact with anyone especially if she was booted from the industry or doesn't want to be associated anymore? Sadly the same happens to most for example sales people. Unless they have strong friendships that are willing to share - many drop out without knowledge (only rumors') as to where they are.
