Just curious.. how do you find your exclusive milfs?

Had two friends who wanted to start up a milf site, but they had a real hard time finding the right sort of talent (40+, decent looking, willing to fuck on camera, new to the biz) here in N. Cali.

Women in general are all over the place as you know. Basically I give all my friends my business cards and have them go to bars where the older women hang out. They usually start conversations when drunk and call the next day when they're sober. The big stump for me is where to find teens for my exclusive teen site. (18 to 24 of course)
