                                                  tRUMP most likely did not pick the man, no less meet him. However, the people tRUMP put in place to make such decisions did pick this man.

                                                      For the record; I am not, nor have I even been an attorney. I cannot give legal advice, I can only give my thoughts based on my experience including being a settlement negotiator and office manager for a Beverly Hills law firm.

                                                      I have represented myself In Pro Per on everything from traffic court, to civil, criminal, family law and even appeared In Pro Per in front of a California Appellate Court twice. I was successful once.

                                                      Back in those days a dated a business attorney; she worked at a large firm in LA. Not a partner, but I remember 99 Cent stores was one of her responsibilities.

                                                      I had the opportunity to meet a dozen of her fellow business attorneys, and the one thing they all had in common was that I had more trial experience than all of them combined.

                                                      Not all attorneys are trial attorneys; hell, my boss WAS a trial attorney and he would be slightly irritated if I couldn't settle outside of trial. The Court insists that you do everything you can to avoid trial.

                                                      When I said I was more qualified than Petersen, that was TIC; if you think you have to be a trial attorney to be qualified, then yeah, I am one qualified motherfucker.

                                                              He was having to read the question off a piece of paper himself. Considering he had to read the questions it wouldn't be too far of a stretch to say he didn't know the answers himself.

                                                                  He definitely didn't know the answers and I think it is safe to say that no one on the bench could say when the last time was they read the entire Federal CCP.

                                                                  I have been to interviews where the questions were set to make me fail; easily recognizable.
