Just read that there will be new laws in Europe next year that everybody who cash out have to identify themselves. I don't see the problem, you don't have to pay taxes on on it anyway. I rather indentify myself so the government knows how i made it and can buy a house or other things without problems.
As Russian who want to cash out, maybe a Cyprus residency is an solution. Many go there.
