They all want you to verify yourself if you want to cash out high amounts.
But that´s just the ID. Never go with Bitfinex, they want to know everything about you, employer, their adress and more. Absolutely insane.
Never go with US based exchanges!
Try Binance, they are in Hong Kong.
Or simply cash out with one click at LiteBit.eu, you can sell to them directely, they are in the Netherlands.
Just drop them a support ticket, if you have any questions.Comment

You dope they know you are Russian simply by the fact of your broken English in text! You remind me of my old Russian hacker friend Yorgi he always thought he was stealth and had perfect English and undetectable stealth spoof American IP , and we were in America!! Poor Yorgi those were the days

Yo. At Litebit you verifiy via payment. I never had to send my ID. Just ask the support.
And before you do it else where, do it in the Netherlands. That´s a good recommendation I can give you.Comment

I thought there is a more automatized and hmm... civilized way to do it
P.S. I do buy via WebMoney (yes, they buy/sell/exchange bitcoins), but their rates are quite wild for me.Obey the CowgodComment

FYI:
If you're using a VPN or VPS then they'll probably know the IP range, which will increase your "potentially fraudulent" score.
Your browser may also leak information that suggests your geoip location is not your true location. Again pushing up that score and potentially flagging you for a higher level of review.Comment

I don't use public VPN servers
That's my own VPN at my own server and I use it mostly for security reasons:
1) To have the same IP always in all services I use (google, payment systems etc)
2) To protect the admin zones of my own sites by IP.
3) To protect the data of my customers. To often they provide me admin access to their sites so I can check/fix CyberSEO settings. I don't want their passwords been stolen by some rogue ISP employee. Privacy of customers is a highest priority for me.Obey the CowgodComment
