    Paxum: Account verification?

    I have submitted my driver's license twice now, and both times I got rejected. The image was a clear 1200 DPI scan of the ID. what's going on?

    Anyone else had issue with this?

    Who can i contact about this?

              It might sound daft, but when you send the scan, have you left a small amount of space around the edges of it? I did mine perfectly straight, in a good scanner and it got rejected. When I rescanned, I put it in at a bit of an angle, so the scanner couldnt 'crop' it, and that one was accepted straight away. Good luck

                  If scanner is no good, you can try to shoot it with your mobile phone camera.

                              Make sure to have the four edges clearly shown. Don't scan, it's better to take a picture so you can adjust the frame.

                                      I actually managed to scan it perfectly, as it would be taken with camera. I just had to select "professional scan " function in my scanner software.
