I use a combination of Fireworks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and notepad... after 7 years making websites, that seems to be the best package for me

Thats what I use, but mostly notepad (I have a high resolution and DW fucks up spacing especially on table... anyone else?)

basically, I am looking for a really good cpm ad host to pick up the advertising slack on a bunch of my mainstream sites (my advertising clients have been getting a 10-20k impression bonuses for the past few months.)

I've heard only good stuff as well... anyone have any idea of avergage cpm? Any other companies like them that are worth hooking up with? Im talking 60-80k a day, a couple cents per thousand makes a difference in teh long run
