I would say Adult Revenue Service, Traffic Cash Gold, Maxcash are the big 3 but mostly because they were huge since 1996, some newer programs might be up there but these three have been huge for at least 5 years.

I must be nuts as I would say oxcash and nastydollars have to have done the biggest numbers in 2002. ARS has that brute size to their list but don't have anything that hits it out of the park day after day.
