The first people that they killed were not the Jews. They were the sick, the disabled, the group that was called “imbeciles.” And later, the Nazi euthanasia program was expanded into Hitler’s Final Solution.

Since Time does not offer or declare it ahead of time, where & how he came up with it I'd either have to read up on if it has been reported, or he made it up in his mind; I wouldn't trust him as to the source of info, as I've known people his age with his kind of off-focus thoughts and take anything he's saying with a grain or two of acetylcholine.
As to whether or not they would make him MotY now that he's pres, yes of course yes, because he's a "different" Trump than he was last year.
And Time though they don't like him wouldn't not put him back on the cover. He's certainly as significant a figure as the Ayatollah Khomeini was back in the late 70s when that rat-bastard made the cover (for better reasons I might add).
