An update on my condition is, I'm pretty well fucked. My prostate is swollen stopping me from pissing without the use of a catheter which is a long tube. My left kidney is on the brink of collapse, right one is gone. Heart is also not performing so I find it hard to breath, lungs have water in them.

Sounds familiar. If they still have you on IV you may want to consider asking if you could go without (except for pain. If you are retaining fluids it should be obvious to not introduce more but they kept on pumping them into my dad right until the end and essentially drowned him to death.
