I would suggest ZingTube, it is quite quick and with the KenPlayer plugin it works well. Wp-Script is good for sponsor embedded videos.

The Kenplayer plugin from XWPThemes can do exactly that. It is the WordPress plugin and you can use it on any WordPress theme.
