If a twitter user sets their profile settings to "my posts contain sensitive content" all that users pics on all posts will be labeled sensitive. Cat pics and tit pics will be labeled sensitive. This is not by default.

If your settings are set "warn me on sensitive content", you will get that warning. This is by default.
