Not sure why you need someone in charge just to verify your passport. Wouldn´t it be better to send another copy, a clearer image of your passport ID?

normally yes, but when i submitted another photo, i told the dude not to be a dumbass, since the first file was 100% readable

he banned me for using bad language with support

probably some idiot phone monkey, looking back, i shouldn't have told him not to be a dumbass, but to be fair, he was being one. haha

Unlike GFY you can't go around calling people dumbasses and think they will want to work with you.

I used the phrase "don't be a dumbass" in my email with support asking for contact info... after the support guy was saying he couldn't read my passport to verify my account...
