Try an ad that is in the the posts (same size) above the fold.

Good site and good traffic but a banner off to the side is just a waste of money IMHO.

My load time was OK 2~3 sec

Believe me, top banners redirect a good traffic so I'm not surprised if someone is asking for them (this is the reason why I have to decide a rate).

Sell if for 50% more than it makes you advertising there.

If you've tried a variety of banners in the spot you're trying to sell and it's not converting, just remove the spot, it's obviously adding no value to your site and will focus surfers attention on the ads that are converting for you.

However, if you're looking for additional income source, why not add a chaturbate revshare popup to your site, from own experience I reckon with ~15,000 daily users you'll be doing ~$100/day after 2 years.

just check what ad brokers want for similar situations and go 40% less on a contract of 90 days with your buyer.

Yes, I'm looking for additional income source and I've never thought of a a chaturbate revshare popup to my site.
I'm going to join it and study how it works ready to add popups soon............

I wouldn't show popunders for revshare unless I was VERY sure it was the right offer for my traffic. OP's site is gonna mostly have general/untargeted traffic, so I personally wouldn't be trying cam popunders.
