I emailed Globill about this, asking if it is there policy to process for these types of sites. Apparently they must have received a slew of alerts this afternoon.

Here is the response I got from Globill techsupport:

We periodically re-review activated sites for just such situations. This site has already been blocked and their signup page is no longer functioning through us.

A few points first I am now working with a girl who worked in CA doing porn when she was 18-19. What they do is get them young,so they can be pushed around.
