He merely said that celebrities could do that, in a bragging way (often people would say something like that to their bros to look cool etc). Not saying that he 100% did not grab, saying that it is no where close to him saying that he did. He was just speaking about shit celebs can get away with and giving some exaggerated example to strengthen the point.
